Cathedral Of The Madeline is a historic worship place located in the South Temple Street of Salt Lake City, Utah. Built from 1900 to 1909 by architects Carl M. Newhausen and Bernard O. M. Newhausen under the supervision of City's first bishop Lawrence Scanlan it stands as a Neo-Romanesque design which emerged in 19th century. However the interior architect John Theodore Comes opted for a Neo-Gothic design which was prominent in England from 17th century onwards. It was renovated by William K.Weigand.
